1. A deposit of 50% of the total fare is to be paid at the time of booking. The final balance must be paid 10 days before start of the program. If the booking takes place less than 10 days in advance, the full amount needs to be paid in once.

2. After the booking form has been submitted we will confirm receipt. Reservations are fully accepted if a payment slip has been scanned and sent by email to info@realexperiencethailand.com or has been faxed to (+66) 38 775349. Afterwards, Eco Explorer will sent an email to confirm the booking and will email a scanned copy of the receipt voucher from Eco Explorer Co., Ltd.

3. If the client wants to cancel the reservation after payment, the following refunds are applicable:

- notification more than 30 days before start of trip, 75% of total price from tour

- notification between 10 / 30 days before start of trip, 50% of total price from tour

- notification less than 10 days before start of trip, 25% of total price from tour

- notification less than 3 days before start of trip, no refund

4. If Eco Explorer Co., Ltd. cancels the tour for any reason all monies will be refunded.

5. '$' and '€' prices will be adjusted in the beginning of each month according to the official exchange rates of the Thai International Bank. However, if a booking has been made, the price remains fixed even if later price adjustments have been made on the website.  

6. Eco Explorer Co., Ltd. is not responsible for damages to participants’ properties and/or injures. However all participants are covered by our insurance policy (maximum 200,000 Baht).

7. Eco Explorer  Co., Ltd. reserves the right to adjust trip itineraries at any time where necessary without prior notice to participants.
